Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp bacon dripping (1 Tbsp extra for peas)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup Chardonnay
- 9 bacon slices
- 1/3 to 1/2 bag peas
- 3 eggs tempered with about 1/3 cup pasta water
- 1 1/4 cups Parmesan (more for topping)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Spaghetti
