Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp bacon dripping (1 Tbsp extra for peas)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup Chardonnay
  • 9 bacon slices
  • 1/3 to 1/2 bag peas
  • 3 eggs tempered with about 1/3 cup pasta water
  • 1 1/4 cups Parmesan (more for topping)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Spaghetti
