Chicken Tetrazzini
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- 7/8 cup milk
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- More flour as needed to thicken
- 1 cup parmesan (1/2 initially, 1/2 at the end)
Directions
- After frying chicken as usual deglaze pan with 1/4 cup wine then add sauce a little at a time.
- Add a bit of broth as needed to thin and the rest of parmesan.
