Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 7/8 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • More flour as needed to thicken
  • 1 cup parmesan (1/2 initially, 1/2 at the end)

Directions

  • After frying chicken as usual deglaze pan with 1/4 cup wine then add sauce a little at a time.
  • Add a bit of broth as needed to thin and the rest of parmesan.
