Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup coconut
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 6 Tbsp cocoa
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325° F
- Mix oatmeal, cocoa, and coconut in a bowl
- Melt butter and add milk, sugar, and vanilla
- Bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute (30s / 60 count)
- Pour over dry ingredients
- Spoon the batter onto sheet pans lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
- Cool and serve
