Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups cake flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 Tbsp milk

Directions

• Combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
• Cream butter and sugar with mixer, then add eggs and vanilla.
• Add dry ingredients and milk and mix until combined.
• Spoon with tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
• Bake at 350 (**this is original recipe temperature but I sometimes bake at 340 or 335) for 5 minutes, remove and sprinkle with sugar, bake another 4 to 5 minutes until done.
• Makes around 20 large cookies.
