Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups cake flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp milk
Directions
- Combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Cream butter and sugar with mixer, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients and milk and mix until combined.
- Spoon with tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 (**this is original recipe temperature but I sometimes bake at 340 or 335) for 5 minutes, remove and sprinkle with sugar, bake another 4 to 5 minutes until done.
- Makes around 20 large cookies.
