Ingredients
- 1/2 pack ground beef (0.5 to 0.6ish pounds)
- Butter
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Oregano, Thyme
- 1/3 cup onion
- 1/4 – 1/3 cup carrots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 purple plate of thawed peas
- Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Mashed potatoes
- Cheddar and parmesan (3 parts to 2 parts)
Directions
- Coat pan with pat of butter and fry beef seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dash of oregano and thyme.
- When just a bit of pink remains transfer to warming skillet and pour in a bit of beef broth. Cover and keep on low.
- Add a bit of butter and oil. Fry onions and carrots for a few minutes. Add to beef when done.
- Add a bit of butter and oil. Fry garlic then add peas at end. Add to beef when done.
- Add a bit of butter and oil. Fry mushrooms. Add to beef when done. Then add bulk of broth.
- Make mashed potatoes stirring in cheeses with a bit of milk at the end.
- Put meat/veg mix in bottom of bowl and cover with cheese potatoes.
